Chinese Medicine focuses on maintaining energy harmony within the body and with the external environment.
Health depends on the body's ability to adapt and maintain balance, while illness arises when this capacity is lost.
Each person has a unique "constitution", meaning symptoms like headaches or digestion issues may have different underlying causes.
For true health, harmony must be present within and between all elements—organs, the individual, and their environment.
Chinese Medicine treats the person as a whole.

It is a comprehensive and coherent medical system that offers a pragmatic perspective on the human body, its functions, and its dysfunctions.
Rooted in the observation of nature and the accumulated knowledge of generations of physicians and scholars, it stands out for its rigor and structured approach, making it a science in its own right.
Thousands of years old, Chinese Medicine is a comprehensive health system.
- It has its own philosophical and symbolic foundation (e.g., Yin/Yang concepts).
- It views the body, heart, and mind as an interconnected whole (Three Treasures / San Bao).
- It was developed through the observation of living beings and natural cycles ; nothing is seen as static (Five Movements / Wu Xing, Yin/Yang).
- It considers phenomena in relation to their interconnectedness; health depends on multiple interdependent factors (e.g., Yin/Yang, Qi/Blood, Ying/Wei).
- It uses common terms differently from Western interpretations (e.g., Energy, Blood, Organs, Viscera, Fullness).
The 3,000-year-old principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) are integrated into my treatment plans, which include acupuncture, moxibustion, massage, cupping, guasha, herbal remedies, nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to
help treating and preventing health issues.
New patients begin with a detailed consultation and comprehensive constitutional assessment to discuss concerns and identify the most suitable treatment plan.
This may include various modalities and extend to dietary and lifestyle guidance, as well as customized herbal formulas or supplements if needed.
With my conventional medical background and extensive training under esteemed masters in complementary medicines, I offer a unique approach to well-being that goes beyond merely masking symptoms.
acupuncture
Blockage or stagnation of energy results in illness.
Acupuncture is one of the most recognized practices in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), aimed at promoting the smooth flow of Qi (vital energy) through energy pathways called meridians. Thin, sterile needles are inserted into specific points to regulate energy, clear blockages, and restore balance and vitality. This method, endorsed by the World Health Organization (WHO), can help alleviate pain, support emotional balance, and enhance overall well-being. These needles are left in place for a duration of 30 minutes before being gently removed.
moxibustion
Moxibustion involves the burning of mugwort (Artemisia Vulgaris) to warm specific acupuncture points or areas of the body, promoting circulation and healing. Techniques may include using heated bamboo tools or small moxa cones. This therapy invigorates energy flow, reduces pain, and relieves fatigue while supporting the body’s natural healing processes.
Herbal formulas & natural food supplements
formulas, administered as teas, tablets, or powders, are based on thousands of years of clinical practice. Today, they complement modern medicine and are valued for treating a variety of conditions effectively. Herbs are sourced from reputable suppliers ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
Chinese herbal medicine uses a wide range of medicinal plants and natural ingredients to restore health and balance. These

Therapeutic massage
With 10 years of experience as a physiotherapist, I have refined a method that blends modern and traditional massage techniques to alleviate muscle tension, relieve pain, and enhance circulation. This approach supports both physical recovery and energy flow, contributing to overall relaxation and health.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha involves gently scraping the skin with a specialized tool to stimulate blood flow, release toxins, and relieve muscle tension. This ancient technique is effective for treating issues such as muscle stiffness, stagnation in the tissues, and immune support. During treatment, small red spots may appear on the skin, indicating stagnant energy, blood, or toxins, which are harmless and fade within a few days.
Cosmetic acupuncture & facial rejuvenation
Facial acupuncture is the gentle art of rejuvenation, using the body's own resources to achieve a youthful glow.
Cosmetic acupuncture is a non-surgical technique that reduces signs of aging by stimulating collagen production and addressing internal imbalances.
Very fine needles are used on the face and along body meridians to promote natural skin rejuvenation.
Each session concludes with a soothing facial massage/stone guasha, leaving the skin refreshed and glowing. For optimal and lasting results, I typically recommend a series of 10 treatments spread over approximately 8 weeks.
For best care, I’ve trained with internationally acclaimed experts in facial enhancement with acupuncture, such as Virginia Doran (USA).
Modern cupping & facial release
Cupping therapy uses suction to lift the skin and tissues, increasing blood circulation and relieving muscle tension. This method helps supply oxygen and nutrients to targeted areas, supporting the healing process. Cupping is especially beneficial for areas with chronic muscle tightness and can rejuvenate facial tissues.
